Please read these Terms of Use carefully before creating a driver account or using the 2GO Dispatch platform. By registering, downloading the App, or completing any delivery, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

1. About 2GO Dispatch

2GO Dispatch ("we", "us", "our") operates a technology platform that connects independent delivery drivers with restaurants and takeaway businesses in Windsor, UK. We provide the App and associated services that enable drivers to receive and fulfil food delivery orders.

We are not a food delivery company or employment agency. We provide a platform through which self-employed drivers ("you", "Driver") choose to accept delivery work. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, worker, or agency relationship between you and 2GO Dispatch.

Our registered contact address is Windsor, Berkshire, United Kingdom. You can reach us at account@2g0.uk.

2. Eligibility

To register as a driver on 2GO Dispatch you must:

We reserve the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate your account if eligibility requirements are not or cease to be met. Providing false or misleading information during registration is grounds for immediate termination.

3. Your Account

3.1 Registration

You must create an account to use the platform. You are responsible for ensuring all information you provide is accurate and kept up to date, including your contact details, vehicle information, and documents.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your account with any other person. You must notify us immediately at account@2g0.uk if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. We are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

3.3 One Account Per Driver

Each driver may hold only one active account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, suspensions, or rating systems is prohibited and will result in permanent termination of all associated accounts.

3.4 Document Maintenance

You must keep all documents on your account current. It is your responsibility to notify us before any document (insurance, licence, right-to-work) expires. You must not go online on the platform if any required document has lapsed.

4. Using the Platform

4.1 Independence

You use the 2GO Dispatch platform as an independent self-employed contractor. You are free to accept or decline any order offered to you. We do not guarantee a minimum number of orders or earnings. You are free to work for other platforms or in other capacities simultaneously.

4.2 Going Online

By setting yourself as "online" in the App, you confirm that:

4.3 App Licence

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the 2GO Dispatch driver App solely for the purpose of receiving and fulfilling deliveries through our platform. You must not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the App.

4.4 Location Services

The App requires access to your device's location at all times while you are online. By going online, you consent to real-time location tracking as described in our Privacy Policy. You must not use any means to spoof, falsify, or interfere with your reported location.

5. Deliveries

5.1 Accepting Orders

When you accept an order, you enter into a direct obligation to collect the food from the restaurant and deliver it to the customer within a reasonable time. You must make all reasonable efforts to complete every accepted delivery.

5.2 Care of Orders

You are responsible for handling food orders with reasonable care, using appropriate insulated delivery bags, and ensuring the order arrives in the condition it was collected. You must not open, tamper with, consume, or interfere with any order.

5.3 Proof of Delivery

Where the App requires it, you must provide proof of delivery (e.g. a photo). Falsifying proof of delivery is grounds for immediate termination and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

5.4 Failed Deliveries

If you are unable to complete a delivery, you must contact support immediately through the App. Do not abandon an order without notifying us. Repeated failed or abandoned deliveries will affect your account standing.

5.5 Customer Interaction

You must treat restaurant staff and customers with courtesy and professionalism at all times. Aggressive, threatening, discriminatory, or inappropriate behaviour toward any person encountered in the course of a delivery is grounds for immediate termination.

5.6 Traffic Laws

You must comply with all applicable road traffic laws, including speed limits, parking regulations, and mobile phone use restrictions. Any fines, penalties, or legal consequences arising from your conduct on the road are entirely your own responsibility. We accept no liability for penalties incurred during your use of the platform.

6. Payments & Earnings

6.1 How You Are Paid

Earnings for completed deliveries are calculated based on the fee shown in the App at the time you accept each order. The displayed fee is the total amount payable to you for that delivery. We will not reduce a confirmed fee after you have accepted an order, except in cases of dispute, fraud, or technical error.

6.2 Tips

100% of any customer tip goes directly to you. We do not deduct any commission from tips.

6.3 Payment Schedule

Earnings are credited to your in-app wallet in real time upon delivery confirmation. You may request a same-day transfer to your registered UK bank account, subject to our payment processor's processing times. Weekly automatic transfers are also available. We are not responsible for delays caused by your bank.

6.4 Deductions

We reserve the right to deduct amounts from your earnings wallet in the following circumstances:

We will always notify you before making a deduction and provide an explanation.

6.5 Tax & Self-Employment

As a self-employed driver, you are solely responsible for declaring your earnings to HMRC, paying income tax, National Insurance contributions, and any other applicable taxes. We will provide earnings statements on request. We strongly recommend you keep records of all your deliveries and consult a tax professional if you are unsure of your obligations.

7. Prohibited Conduct

In addition to the specific prohibitions elsewhere in these Terms, you must not:

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the 2GO Dispatch App, website, branding, and platform (including the name, logo, software, design, and content) are owned by or licensed to us. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our intellectual property other than as necessary to use the platform as a driver.

You must not use the 2GO Dispatch name, logo, or branding in any way that implies a relationship beyond that of an independent contractor without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Platform Availability

We do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, error-free, or uninterrupted. We may suspend or restrict access for maintenance, upgrades, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss of earnings caused by platform downtime.

We are not liable for any claims, losses, damages, fines, or penalties arising from your conduct while using the platform, including road traffic offences, accidents, personal injury, or damage to property. You are solely responsible for your actions and their consequences.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for indirect, consequential, or special losses including loss of earnings, loss of business, or loss of opportunity.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
